For the week of December 16th, the 5th Grade Student Council came up with some fun dress up days to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. ❤
Monday, December 16- Tree Topper Day (wear your favorite holiday hat)
Tuesday, December 17-Favorite Christmas Character Day
Wednesday, December 18-Ugly Sweater Day
Thursday, December 19-Red and Green Day
Friday, December 20-Pajama Day

After a long week of creating, we had some downtime of fun in Kindergarten. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎄

Working hard to get ready for Santa in K. We made a hand Christmas tree for our door and a hand fireplace with our own stockings and what we want for Christmas garland. Finished it off with a wreath made by Mrs G.



BE Staff will be hosting a spaghetti fundraiser supper on Tuesday, December 17 during the
GBB/BBB Doubleheader v. Viborg Hurley. All burger for the meal is donated by Werning Cattle.
Prices: High School-Adult $8.00
Student 8th Grade and below $6.00
All proceeds raised from this supper will be donated to the Bridgewater Emery School’s Student Assistance Fund and Kobee Sherman/family, a coach/former athlete from Viborg Hurley who has been battling cancer since his junior year of high school.


FCCLA and Marketing class are hosting a Winter Wonderland even Friday, Dec. 6 at the multi in Emery. The event will run from 6:30-8:30 where there will be a freewill donation soup supper, carnival games, Christmas crafts, face painting and more!
They are also hosting a Christmas Goodie Decorating Contest. There will be four categories: Overall Best, Most Festive, Most Unique, and Funniest (let's see those creative fails!). The Goodies will be used in the Bake Walk.

The first graders did a fantastic job on their Thanksgiving program.










The first graders presented a Thanksgiving program complete with songs, poems,jokes, slideshow, and plays.











This week in 2nd grade we learned the history of the Macy's parade balloons and Tony Sarg. We then created our own balloons out of tin foil.










Boosters are selling winter apparel. Orders are due to either school office by Wednesday, Dec 4. Please contact Jessie Yttreness with any questions.




Third grade magic in action! After reading "Stone Soup," Mr. Thury's class created their own delicious stone soup. Then we learned about how butter is made and made our own butter.

If you need some ideas about how to catch a turkey this Thanksgiving, the 4th graders had some very creative thoughts 🦃🪤🎣🏠




Third graders read a book that took them back to 1620 to experience the first Thanksgiving.
