We have had a great start to the year in preschool.
We're enjoying the first couple of days in first grade. Mrs. Saaries class
First graders did a fun activity using teamwork. They had to work in groups of three to see who could make the longest paper chain but they had to measure, cut, and glue the paper strips together using problem solving and teamwork.
Teamwork makes the dream work if we all pitch in and try! Building a perch for Harry was sure fun for these 5th graders! 😀
After a hard day of learning we had some free time and made some cool bracelets that changed colors in the sun.
Art project (color changing bracelet), free time for 10 minutes and celebrating two birthdays (thanks for the snacks, yummy, from Amanda Stahl!!

Today in 2nd grade we worked together to save Fred the worm. We had to problem solve and figure out a way to put Fred in his lifesaver without touch him. It was a great activity.

Just a reminder that there is no driving through the bus stop area on the south side of the school at the Emery site. Also if their red lights are flashing on the bus you need to stop.
