The advanced welding class made a fire pit that we will be raffling off to benefit the CTE Department. Tickets are $10 or 3 for $20. Tickets can be purchased via Venmo or contact any of the CTE teachers. Drawing will be held December 8th.
The Bridgewater Emery choir is selling 40 oz. tumblers for $20 as a fundraiser for their trip to New York. Please email Tracy.Gilliland@k12.sd.us if you would like one.
Summer Koch and Rachel Brown will be taking over the Ag After School Program that was done on Wednesday’s from 3:30 to 4:00 each week. This will be taking place in the new CTE building located in Emery. Both Summer and Rachel will meet all students at the shuttle bus and bring them to the classroom. Please complete the paperwork and send it either with your child or email it to Alex.Toupal@k12.sd.us prior to attending.
The Leadership & Service Class/FCCLA are hosting a Holiday Make-and-Take Craft Event on Friday, December 1st 5:30-7:30pm located in the Emery Multi. It is Open House Event, and all ages are welcome – no fee involved! Projects options will be suitable for toddlers to adults. Light snacks will be provided. Option 1: Bring your own pumpkin painting station. Make sure to bring your own Pumpkin (or another similar item). Paint and brushes will be provided. Option 2: Ornament Making Station - Wooden disks, popsicle stick snowflake, pinecone decorating, and glitter ornaments. Option 3: DIY Holiday Snow globes Station. Option 4: Burlap Holiday Wreath. Picture retake day was originally scheduled for Tuesday, October 10th. Due to unforeseen circumstances Digital Solutions cannot come that day and we are rescheduling picture retake day to Friday, October 20th for both Bridgewater and Emery sites.
Bridgewater Emery/Ethan junior high football ended their season with a win over MCM yesterday. The Seahawks went undefeated on the season.
