Happy Valentine's Day from the first graders!
First graders had fun playing Valentine Bingo, the Left-Right Pass the Heart game, and a stacking cup relay race. We also sorted, graphed, estimated, and made patterns with candy hearts.

Mr. Thurys class has been learning about space in Science and how we can explore space with solar power. Unfortunately, some planets don't get enough light to power an exploration rover.

1st Grade Jersey Day
Students and Staff wore jerseys today for the end of the Read Bowl!
Genius Hour has been filled with lots of fun things. Students facilitate what they are learning through play. Today, we have had doctors, semi truck builders and drivers, hotel builders, cooking, centipedes from magnets, artists, tower building, and animals.
2nd graders conducted experiment today to see how canyons form.
