All juniors will take the NCRC Wednesday, February 21 from 8:15-11:15. Please report to Mr. Schultz’s room by 8:10. You will need your computer as this is an online assessment. Please make sure your computer is charged. You will be allowed scratch paper and a pencil.

The kindergarten class experimented with candy hearts to learn about making predictions and testing them. Concepts included sink vs. float, what dissolves fastest, and how to make the candy "dance" in a beaker.




Mr. Thurys class made a trip the nursing home to play Cupid Capture. They took turns drawing a line to make a box. Then they answered a multiplication problem to get the box.

First graders had fun playing Valentine Bingo, the Left-Right Pass the Heart game, and a stacking cup relay race. We also sorted, graphed, estimated, and made patterns with candy hearts.
