The football toss, yard dice, yard Yahtzee, sack races, and bean bag toss were some of the first graders favorite games on the field trip.

Happy Retirement, Mrs. Giesler!

Thank you Kim Potter & Alicen Strombeck for giving us a tour of their pheasant hatchery! It was awesome....and all happening right here in Bridgewater! 💙🥰

Mr. Thury's 5th grade class made a board game to wrap up all they learned about Westward Expansion in Social Studies. Today we got to enjoy all their hard work and play another groups game.

Today is weather day in 2nd grade. We researched about different weather patterns, then shared our research with each other. Afterwards we got to create rain resistance painting

Congratulations Rhyder Sullivan for creating a winning design in the Construction Zone Safety Billboard Contest! Rhyder's winning artwork is on display at exit 77 in Sioux Falls along I90!

Our Science task this week was to build paper towers. The first tower needed to be at least one foot tall, and the second task was to build a tower at least 6 inches high that could hold a book. The kids enjoyed the challenge!

Thanks you "Mom Group" for the yummy snacks!

5th-Battleship Memorial 🇺🇸

Mr. Thury's class spent the day in Sioux Falls learning about the incredible filter system of our body, the kidney. Students had to create a filter that would separate the dirt and glitter from the water and beads in their test tube.
For lunch, we took a trip to the Empire Mall...and did a little bit of shopping and some time at the arcade.
Before our trip home, we got to learn about the most decorated battleship of World War II, USS South Dakota.
